Tapi provides software for professional studios. Studios are responsible for the services, prices, appointments and customer relationships they publish through their booking pages.
Hosting and security providers
The service uses EU hosting infrastructure and may use Cloudflare for DNS, DDoS protection, traffic filtering and web security. Transactional email and subscription billing are handled by specialised providers as described in the Privacy Policy.
Dispute resolution
Tapi provides B2B software subscriptions and does not sell consumer appointment services. If a consumer dispute concerns a studio appointment, please contact the studio directly.
