Terms of Service

The working terms for studios using Tapi to manage booking pages and appointment requests.

Service

Tapi is software for studios to manage public booking pages, booking requests, services, team members, availability and customer notifications.

Accounts

Tapi is provided for business and professional use only. Consumers may not purchase paid studio subscriptions.

Studios must provide accurate account information, keep login credentials secure and only invite team members who are allowed to access the studio account.

Studio responsibility

  • The studio is responsible for the services, prices, availability and customer communication it publishes.
  • The studio is responsible for handling appointments, cancellations, refunds and local business obligations.
  • The studio must not upload unlawful, misleading, sensitive or unnecessary customer information.

Customer bookings

Tapi helps transmit and manage booking requests between studios and their customers. The studio remains responsible for accepting, declining, rescheduling or cancelling appointments.

Payments

Tapi bills studios for software subscriptions through Stripe. Appointment payments are handled directly between the customer and the studio unless Tapi makes an online payment feature available under separate payment terms.

Team starts with a 14-day trial. If the studio does not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription renews monthly and the payment method is charged automatically.

Team includes 8 team members. Additional team members are billed monthly at the extra member price shown during checkout or in the billing area.

Prices are shown before tax unless stated otherwise. VAT or other applicable taxes may be added at checkout. For eligible business customers, reverse-charge treatment may apply when a valid tax identifier is provided.

A studio can cancel from the billing area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, access remains available until that date, and paid subscription fees are not refunded unless required by law.

Subscription fees, plan limits and renewal terms are shown during checkout or in the billing area of the product.

Data protection

Tapi processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. For customer booking data, Tapi processes that data on behalf of the studio.

Availability

Tapi aims to provide a reliable service, but no software service can guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance and urgent security work may temporarily affect access.

Termination

A studio may stop using Tapi at any time. Tapi may suspend or terminate access for misuse, non-payment, security risk or legal reasons.
